Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled photoshoot will receive a refund of the advance payment (Rs. 2500).
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled photoshoot will result in forfeiture of the advance payment (Rs. 3000)
In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
Refund Process:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 2-5 business days from the date of cancellation.
Once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Rescheduling:
We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule the photoshoot, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
No Show:
Failure to appear for the scheduled photoshoot without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the advance payment
Quality and Satisfaction:
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the quality of the photoshoot or service, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the final photos.
